Once the technical requirements of the project are defined by the client, we begin by developing a Draft Design for the Electrical and Air Conditioning Systems. These could be developed in 2D or 3D depending on the client’s needs. This initial design is complemented with a block diagram and a set of proposed Layouts.
The infrastructure equipment capacities are estimated and complemented with a forecast of the total investment requirements.
Draft Design
The Draft Design is submitted for approval to the client, once it is accepted, we start the next design phases: basic engineering, detailed engineering and technical specifications in order to integrate an executive project that includes all the required information.
